Riley J. Fritts

Riley J. Fritts, 83, of McGraw, NY, passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2022, at the Guthrie Cortland Regional Medical Center, Cortland, NY.

Riley was born in Killawog, NY, on July 22, 1939, the son of the late Marian and Ruth Rodman Fritts.  He had previously been employed by the J.M. Murray Center in Cortland.

He is survived by his brother, Edward (Doris Simpson) Fritts of Port Crane, NY; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a large extended family.

Funeral services will be held at the Killawog United Methodist Church on Monday, January 2, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. with Reverend MaryAnn Taylor officiating.  Burial will be in Marathon Cemetery at a later date in the spring.  The family will be present to receive friends at the church on Monday from 11:00 a.m. until the start of the service at 1:00 p.m.
